The Wisconsin EyeMD Symposium is the annual educational conference sponsored by the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology. The program offers a wide range of clinical and practice management topics which will appeal to ophthalmologists, practice administrators and ophthalmic technicians in a variety of practice settings.

General Information

Accommodations
A sleeping room block has been set within the Hilton City Center at a rate of $149 per standard room for the night of October 6, 2017. Please call 414-935-5940 and mention the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology room block. Reservations within the block must be made no later than September 15, 2017 to receive the group rate.

Exhibit Set Up and Dismantle
Set Up: Friday, October 6 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. or Saturday, October 7 from 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Dismantle: Saturday, October 7 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Showcase Hours (subject to change)
7:00-8:00 a.m.
9:40-10:20 a.m.
2:00-2:15 p.m.

Shipping Materials
If you have freight to be shipped you may do so directly to The Hilton City Center ATTN: WAO Conference, 509 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI, 53203. The phone number is 414-271-7250. Shipments should be clearly marked. Indicate the packages are for the WAO Conference, your name, the company name and dates of the conference. Shipments will not be accepted earlier than two working days prior to your arrival date. Handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Registration Deadline
Register by September 01, 2017 to ensure your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registration after this date will incur a $50 late fee.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received by August 21, 2017 via fax to 920-882-3655 or email to WAO@badgerbay.co. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given after August 21, 2017. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
