The Wisconsin EyeMD Symposium is the annual educational conference sponsored by the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology. General Information

Exhibit Set Up and Dismantle (subject to change) 
Set Up: Friday, September 21 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. or Saturday, September 22 from 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Dismantle: Saturday, September 22 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Showcase Hours (subject to change)

6:00-7:00 AM              Exhibitor set up

7:00-8:00 AM              Registration and breakfast

10:00-10:30 AM          Break and visit exhibitors

12:00-1:00 AM            Lunch with attendees

2:30-3:30 AM              Break and visit exhibitors/exhibitor raffle

2:30 AM                      Exhibitor dismantle 

Registration Deadline
Register by August 03, 2018 to ensure your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registration after this date will incur a $50 late fee.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received by August 21, 2018 via fax to 920-882-3655 or email to WAO@badgerbay.co. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given after August 21, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
